1. Textbooks must be renewed/returned every month between 25-29.

2. No staff will be issued more than seven textbooks

3. Reference books like encyclopaedias, dictionaries, maps, and such others cannot be issued.

4 A book in many volumes cannot be issued except under special circumstances. If one volume of a multi-volume book is issued and is lost, the price of the full set shall be charged.

5 Journals and other periodicals are not issued at home Except for Xeroxing.
